Achieving Food Security - Prakash and Anthony are two brothers in our family of farmers. We have more than one hundred and fifty (150) Farmers throughout the country. Our farmers understand the importance of ensuring consistent and adequate supply of food as they work hard to produce the quality and quantity of chickens to attain our country’s food security objectives.

Contract Farms Manager

Our Contract Farms Manager, who happens to be an Economist, is responsible for providing farmers with the right tools for the quality chickens our customers expect. While the Team is working to ensure food security, he is working even harder to provide them with job security.

Seranne
Nutritionist

Our chickens have nutritional needs to ensure healthy growth. Seranne provides advice to the farmers on proper diets to meet chicken’s health standards. Our chickens are never administered any growth-promoting drugs inclusive of hormones or steroids and are fed only natural ingredients. She ensures that you receive a healthy bird every time!

Kristianne
Head Veterinarian

Kristianne monitors the overall health of the chickens ensuring the birds always in a safe growth and development environment. She advises on all aspects of broiler growing such as sanitation, broiler growing and biosecurity measures including inspections of animal housing facilities to determine their cleanliness and adequacy.

Ricky
Production Consultant

Ricky keeps abreast of all production related issues. His main concern: satisfying the customer's wants and needs. He ensures that orders are organised in a timely manner for Supermarket, restaurants and other customers. 100% order fulfilment is his exciting goal. Whatever the product, you can count of Ricky and his team to supply it.

Quality Control Officer

Fine Choice is definitely proud of the quality standard of birds delivered by the Team.. Aishah works with our production staff to ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with international standards. Our HACCP and PIP systems ensure that we control all inputs that are needed to supply you with the best possible chicken. She is key in ensuring that all products are quality certified by those that matter the most.

Microbiologist

Richard works on the frontline of our food security. He analyses and monitors the related water and other environmental conditions, affecting the birds and is tasked with ensuring they are free from any food-borne diseases. He is also responsible for effective diagnosis and treatment of any infectious disease with the main goal of protecting the entire population of birds/chicks.

Marketing Officer

Jessel knows well that our customers are our number one priority. She works with the merchandisers to obtain and provide the necessary feedback to better understand and satisfy you in supermarkets, restaurants, and mini marts. Broilers are delivered from our farms almost daily. With such active dynamics constant feedback and addressing of all concerns is the only way we know we can ensure the offering of a wholesome, premium quality chicken every time. At Fine Choice Meats, 100% customer satisfaction is our goal and we work very passionately to obtain that score.

Sales Manager

Nicole leads a team of qualified sales professionals who work on developing relationships with our customers of varied parts of the consumption chain. Her focus is to provide affordable prices and value for money for the customer. She anticipates any change in the socio-economic and market conditions which impact the pricing to our customers. Nicole believes that customers should not have to choose between between healthy eating and spending habits.

Keeping up to date on market and consumer demands, we are always exploring different ways to create a better product for you. Dr. Roberts' main goal is to create new products that are aligned with the wants and needs of our customers and their varied lifestyles and business demands. Products are carefully and adeptly tailored for supermarket and food service industry companies.

Dispatcher

The dispatch department works alongside Nicole to ensure that the triple constraint is well achieved : that the right products are delivered in best conditions at the right time. Earl is one of our dispatchers who is trusted to work with our delivery drivers to ensure that our quality products are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

Martin
Delivery Driver

Martin is one of our delivery drivers. He transports the goods to our customers in state of the art refrigerated trucks where temperatures are efficiently and consistently maintained at optimum while the products are in transit. We depend on him to deliver products in a timely and courteous manner, no matter what obstacles he may face on the way.
